PROMO MECHANICS
- The promo period is from November 03 to December 31, 2022.
- Petron Loyalty customers to earn e-raffle entry/ies for every single receipt transaction from participating Service Stations:a. 2x e-raffle entries for loyalty customers with registered Petron Value Card (PVC) Mobile App
b. 1x e-raffle entry for loyalty customers without registered PVC Mobile App. - All Petron service station products (Fuels, Lubricants, and LPG) are included in the promo with no minimum purchase required.

4. The quantity of earned e-raffle entry/ies will be printed on the POS receipt for every successful single-receipt transaction.
5. Unique e-raffle entry/ies will be sent to the customer via:
a. Push Notification – for loyalty customers with registered PVC Mobile APP
b. SMS – for loyalty customer’s registered PVC mobile number
6. Loyalty customers who did not receive their unique e-raffle entry should scan the QR code found in the receipt to update his/her contact details (mobile number, email address, complete mailing address) to ensure eligibility in promo participation.
7. Newly registered Petron Loyalty Card/customers should wait for the card activation message before proceeding with a transaction to join the promo.
8. Petron Loyalty customers will get a weekly chance to win PVC points credited to their Petron Value Card worth Php 10,000.
9. Loyalty customers with registered PVC Mobile App can track all his/her earned e-raffle entries in the PVC Mobile App.
10. System downtime of the POS terminal and other POS system glitches will not be part of e-raffle earnings.
11. Petron Value Card terminal downtime will still generate Loyalty customers’ e-raffle entry/ies. Succeeding SMS or Mobile App Push Notification with the unique e-raffle entry will be automatically sent once the system is back online.
12. Valid entries are single receipt transactions from November 03, 2022, 12:01 AM to December 31, 2022, 11:59 PM only.

- The weekly raffle draw will take place via MS Teams in the presence of a DTI representative every 2 PM on the following dates. Loyalty customers’ e-raffle entries are cumulative wherein non-winning entries will be added to the next draw date. A total of five (5) Million PVC points will be given away.
- Each winner can only win once per weekly raffle draw.
- Petron Loyalty customers with incomplete PVC registration details (i.e., mobile number, complete mailing address, email address) shall be disqualified.
- Raffle draw winners will be subject to verification. Winners shall be notified through registered mail, SMS, and phone calls.
- After each draw, verification of the winner’s details will be conducted via phone call through a registered PVC mobile number. All verification will be done prior to the announcement of winners.
- Winners will be required to email a photo of their valid government ID and the Petron Value Card as proof of identity. Required documents are to be emailed to raffles@petron.com with a subject header of: “(Last Name)space(Given Name)”. Invalid or incomplete supporting documents shall be disqualified.
- Petron Corporation will announce the winners every Monday between 6 PM to 8 PM thru its official social media pages starting November 14, 2022, with the final announcement of winners on January 09, 2023.
- PVC points will be credited to the winners’ PVC account within the week after the validation of winners and announced thru Petron Corporation’s official social media pages.
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of Petron Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
- PVC points are not convertible to cash but transferrable and have no expiration.
- Promo is valid only for cash, Petron E-Fuel, credit card, and PVC points redemption transactions.
- Promo is valid only at participating Petron stations.
- Promo is not applicable to PO, bulk, and fleet accounts.
- Promo is applicable for fuel loaded to the vehicle tank only. Containers are not allowed.
- Promos cannot be availed in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
- By participating in this Petron promo, all winner/s and participants grant Petron Corporation permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Petron Website, or official Petron Corporation social media pages.
- Petron reserves the right to refuse to award points to transactions that are invalid and fraudulent such as but not limited to system glitches or collusion.
- Employees of Petron Corporation, advertising agencies, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
