I. Promo Mechanics
- Participants must spend at least PHP 100 single receipt at any Treats participating stores within the promo period (December 1 to 31, 2025 only).
- Scan the QR code or click here: Online Registration Form
- Complete the online form by filling in all the details: name, email address, mobile number, home address, details of the receipt (OR number), and the store where the purchase was made.
- Keep the original single receipt dated within promo period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.

- This promo is open to all residents of Philippines above 18 years of age (as of December 1, 2025).
- Deadline of submission of entries: January 1, 2026, 11:59pm.
- Raffle draw to be held every Friday, from December 5, 2025 to January 2, 2026.
- The eligible prize winners shall be determined through a raffle draw from the pool of qualified entries. The raffle draws will be conducted every Friday from December 5, 2025 to January 2, 2026 in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Eligible customers’ raffle entries from their submissions will be accumulated, and non-winning entries will still be included in the subsequent draws.
- A participant shall be eligible to win only once during the entire promo duration.
- Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other Treats promos and discounts.
- The eligible prize winner will be contacted via their registered email, phone call and thru registered mail.
- Redemption site: Winners will be contacted through their registered email and phone number to select their preferred Treats store for claiming their prize.
- Redemption period: Winners may claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification. After the claiming period has lapsed without a claimant, prizes may be forfeited in favor of Petron/Treats upon prior approval from DTI.
- If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
- A letter of authorization, duly signed by the winner, designating the representative as the authorized recipient of the prize on the winner’s behalf.
- Two (2) original Valid IDs of the winner with picture and address
- Two (2) original Valid IDs of the representative
- Official receipt matching the submitted winning raffle entry receipt
- Prizes are not convertible to cash.
- Petron/Treats will shoulder the 20% winner’s tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
- Employees of Petron Corporation, it’s advertising agencies, and participating Treats stores, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
- By participating in this Petron promotion, all winners and participants hereby grant Petron Corporation the right to use and disclose their personal information and photographs in connection with the promotion for publicity and marketing purposes. They likewise waive any claims to royalty, remuneration, or other compensation arising from such use in any form of media, including but not limited to television, radio, the Petron website, and official Petron Corporation and Treats PH social media channels.
- Petron reserves the right to refuse to award promo prize to transactions that are invalid and fraudulent such as, but not limited to, system glitch or collusion.
- By participating in this raffle, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the organizer.
