STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING 2008 UPDATE:
The Board in its meeting last May 07, 2008 announced that the 14th Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be held on July 31, 2008 at the SMX Convention Center.
In addition, the Board likewise approved the granting of a P0.10/share cash dividend with record and payout dates of June 2 and June 27, 2008 respectively.
